Is now a good time to list my home? I have heard that it is better to wait till the Spring.

Hi, this is Sam and thanks for sending that great question.  There is no real “bad” time of year to list a home in Atlanta.  That is because Atlanta is one of the most transient cities in America. People are always coming and going from our vibrant city.  We have a great deal of the top Fortune 500 company headquarters all based out of Atlanta.  Some of the companies include, Coca-Cola, The Home Depot, Delta Airlines and UPS.   So, there are many executives being transferred all the time and that is a good thing for Atlanta real estate.
