Peachtree Heights East
Perhaps best known for its “duck pond,” Peachtree Heights East is an urban neighborhood that features a beautiful lake, complete with stacked rock retaining walls and stone bridges. This community is located near Buckhead and includes streets east of Peachtree Road, north of Lindbergh and south of East Wesley, with Acorn Avenue creating the eastern border.
Along the wooded streets of Peachtree Heights East, a stylistic variety of homes can be found, including American foursquares, bungalows and Tudors. The homes tend to be on the larger side and while most of the older homes have been renovated, they still retain their historic charm. This area has an abundance of sidewalks making it very pedestrian friendly. Residents enjoy the duck pond park area, restaurants, stores and neighborhood pool all in close proximity to each other.
