As a senior member of The Vawter Group, Sam had seven years of learning the art and science of selling high-end luxury real estate from one of the best REALTORS® in the Atlanta market, Wes Vawter. Together, they sold a combined $580 million in luxury homes between 2001 and 2007.
In mid 2008, Sam decided to start his own group, and has assembled a team of full-time, dedicated and tenacious real estate professionals.
